Changelog

Every change to the partner API (/public/v1), the outbound webhooks, the inbound partner contract and the FHIR R4 view, newest first. Changes within v1 are additive (Versioning and deprecation); a deprecation is announced here at least six months before its sunset date, and the Link header of a deprecated operation points at its entry.

2026-10-27 — Clive Partner API v1

cliniOS is now Clive, from Clive Labs Sdn Bhd. The API contract is unchanged; the names around it are not.

• Product name. The API is the Clive Partner API. The OpenAPI document's info.title is Clive Partner API; its info.version stays 1.0.0.
• Webhook headers renamed. Outbound deliveries carry X-Clive-Signature, X-Clive-Event and X-Clive-Delivery (previously X-Clinios-*) and the user agent Clive-Webhooks/1. Values, the signature scheme (t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex HMAC-SHA256> over "<t>.<raw body>") and retry behaviour are unchanged. Receivers that read the old header names should read the new ones; nothing else needs to change. The inbound X-Partner-Signature header is as before.
• Hosts. Production is https://api.clivehealth.app, the sandbox https://sandbox-api.clivehealth.app. The web app is at https://app.clivehealth.app.
• FHIR identifier systems. Clive-defined systems live under https://clivehealth.app/fhir (for example https://clivehealth.app/fhir/sid/membership/<provider>). They are identifiers, not links, and will not change again (FHIR R4).
• Developer portal. The documentation moved to clivehealth.app/developers, with a reference page per resource and this changelog. The OpenAPI document names it in externalDocs and carries the contact and terms of service for the API.
