The front desk, the practitioners and the owner work from one system. Here is what is in it today — nothing on this page is a roadmap item unless it says so.
Calendar & appointments
One calendar for the whole clinic. Book, reschedule and check patients in from it; see every practitioner and room, and keep services and durations per venue. The appointment is the unit of record — the note, the invoice and the reminders hang off it.
Front-desk queue & TV board
A live queue for reception, with check-in by patient search, and a board for the waiting-room screen that shows who is next. Both are per venue, so a group runs one queue per branch.
Patient records & treatment notes
Encrypted patient profiles with a timeline of visits, documents and consent. Notes are written from a template library you can extend with the builder, signed on screen by the patient where needed, and scored outcome measures such as the Oswestry disability index are charted over time. Chiropractic notes are the most complete today; the other verticals build on the same template system.
Billing, packages & LHDN e-Invoice
Invoices, payments and session packages in one place. Each invoice is submitted to LHDN MyInvois from the billing screen and carries its submission status, with consolidated e-Invoices for walk-in sales. Subscriptions for Clive itself are billed through Stripe.
WhatsApp reminders, blasts & loyalty
Appointment reminders and confirmations go out automatically from each venue’s own WhatsApp number. Send a bulk blast to a patient list, run a loyalty programme and let patients manage their marketing preferences from a link in every message.
Online booking & the clinic directory
A branded public booking page per venue, embeddable on your own website, with real availability from the calendar. Every clinic on Clive can also be listed in the public clinic directory.
Imaging & labs
An X-ray / DICOM viewer with measurement annotations, available as a per-venue add-on for the branches that take X-rays. A labs module records orders and results and charts them over time.
Reports
Patient retention and acquisition, revenue, and a breakdown by service or appointment type — across the group or for one venue.
Venues & modules
A workspace holds as many venues as you run. Patients, staff and reports are shared; the queue, booking page, WhatsApp number and clinical modules are per venue, so each branch turns on only what it uses.
Security & privacy
Patient identifiers are encrypted with a key per clinic and every row is isolated by tenant at the database with row-level security. An audit log records who viewed and changed what, and data-subject requests and exports are built in.
Partner API, webhooks & FHIR
A REST partner API with OAuth 2.0 client credentials, signed webhooks for the events that matter, and a read-only FHIR R4 view of the record — with a sandbox to build against.

What each vertical gets
Clinical modules are switched on per venue. These are the ones live today, and the ones still being built are marked as such.
Chiropractic
Spinal and posture profile, adjustment records and treatment protocols, scored outcome measures with trends, and the most complete note templates in Clive. Imaging add-on for X-rays.
Dental
An odontogram and tooth chart with tooth-level treatment history, dental treatment templates, and the same billing, e-Invoice and reminders as every other vertical.
Medical / GP
A labs module for orders, results and trends, note templates for consultations, and e-Invoice-ready billing. Medication and vitals modules are in progress.
Physiotherapy
Shares the musculoskeletal profile and treatment protocols with chiropractic, with outcome measures scored and charted over the course of care.
Veterinary
Records, booking, queue, billing and reminders work for animal clinics today. A dedicated pet profile (species, breed, owner and vaccinations) is in progress.
